A Streamlined Approach
Jennifer M Whittall Ltd has a team of professionals with extensive knowledge and experience working with adults and children who have suffered traumatic injuries.
The team know how important a client-focused approach is and the understanding, which is required during the stressful period of their life. The team actively continue to keep up to date within the industry through ongoing attendance at conferences recognised by CPD certification service.
Jennifer M Whittall Ltd offers a multi-disciplinary approach and is able to consider all aspects that will be required, consolidating the number of individuals involved, thus offering a streamlined approach.

Team of Professionals

Jennifer Whittall
Qualified Physiotherapist in 1982, Jenny expanded her expertise and knowledge base through her various positions within the health service and private sector.
​
In June 2009, she made the decision to form Jennifer M Whittall Ltd and develop further her already established case management client base .
​
In addition, to continue with her private physiotherapy practice, Jenny is an expert in writing Expert Physiotherapy, Care, Immediate Needs and Equipment Reports and has written over 500 reports for both Plaintiff and Defence Lawyers in addition to a number of joint instructions.

Lisa Thacker
As an experienced Occupational Therapist working both as an independent practitioner and as a self-employed Case Manager. Primarily working with children and young people with developmental coordination disorder, specific learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour, acquired brain injury.

Prior to working independently, Lisa has a strong background of over 17 years in the public sector in management, clinical and commissioning roles. As well as being accustomed to managing delegated budgets, clinical performance and service development, Lisa has a record of developing integrated practices.

Julie Haughton
Over 30 years nursing experience predominately based within a specialist centre caring for people with spinal cord injury.

Julie has a wealth of experience from a career working across a number of clinical settings including Resettlement and Community Liaison Officer at RJ & AH Orthopaedic & District Hospital.​
​
Julie has been utilising her clinical skills within the case management sector since 2018, managing a varied case load of clients with complex needs following catastrophic injury which includes brain injury, spinal cord injury and complex orthopaedic injuries, including loss of limb.
​
Julie also provides training covering all aspects of spinal cord injury.

Natalie Martin
Qualified Physiotherapist in 1990, and later graduated in 2008 with an MSc in Back Care Management, Natalie has worked within the health service for over 30 years and continues to be an active member of the North West and North Wales Back Exchange Group

Sophie-Leigh Price
Having completed her Masters in Psychology in 2024, Sophie-Leigh joined the team to provide essential goal focussed rehabilitation assistance to a number of our clients.
​
Sophie-Leigh is working with our clients working on goals that enable them to progress in their day to day life and support them with encountering new opportunities.

Racheal Pickford
Racheal has working within the care industry for over 25 years, whether this be in a care agency or case management setting.
​
With the increase pressure on the need to become CQC Compliant, Racheal was instrumental in driving the CQC registration and holds the valued position of Dual Registered Manager, ensuring we meet regulatory requirements.
Jennifer M Whittall Ltd is supported by a professional outsource secretarial service. The team provides office-based support from administration, financial control, HR through to Case Management Assistance. Jenny and her Associates find this invaluable, especially whilst they are out and about visiting, assessing and supporting clients.
